Every OTA booking costs you commission and the guest relationship. We run Google Search, Meta and remarketing that send travellers to your own booking engine at your official rates, and we report net direct room-nights after cancellations.

Who this is built for
01City & business hotels
Corporate stays, weekday occupancy and repeat business travellers.
02Resorts & leisure
Weekend and holiday demand, packages and seasonal pushes.
03Boutique stays & homestays
A small room count where every direct booking matters.
04Hotel groups
Property-level budgets and reporting across locations.
Sound familiar?
Full on the OTA. Thin on the P&L.
Occupancy can look healthy while commission, discounting and cancellations quietly eat the room revenue you keep.
01
Commission on every stay
Each OTA booking takes a cut, even from guests who already knew your hotel and searched your name.
02
Your brand name, their ad
When people search your hotel by name, the OTA often appears first and takes the booking.
03
No relationship with the guest
The OTA owns the email and the next booking. You can’t invite last year’s guests back.
04
Clicks that never stay
Booking-engine visits get reported as success while cancellations and no-shows go unmeasured.
The metric swap
We change what counts as a win.
Every report we send separates platform signals from outcomes your own system confirms. If we can’t verify it, it doesn’t go in the business report.
What most agencies reportWhat we’re accountable for
Each stage has a gate. We don’t move budget to the next stage until the one before it is measured and working.
01
Revenue baseline
We read 8–12 weeks of PMS / booking data: OTA vs direct mix, ADR, lead time, cancellations and seasonality.
What it sounds likeBook direct for our best available rate and a better stay.
Gate: No booking-engine tracking → fix that first
02
Protect your brand search
Google Search on your hotel’s name so guests who already chose you book with you, not through an OTA ad.
What it sounds likeYou found us. Book direct at our official rate.
Gate: Branded-search share recovered
03
Destination demand
Search and Meta campaigns for the destination, dates and occasions you actually want to fill.
What it sounds likeA weekend in the hills, two hours from Pune. See dates.
Gate: Room-nights by campaign, not clicks
04
Room & experience creative
Real rooms, real views, amenities and the location, shown honestly with the right dates and rates.
What it sounds likeWake up to this view. Rooms open for the long weekend.
Gate: Bookings per creative
05
Rate-safe offers
Packages and direct-booking perks that respect your OTA rate parity and contracts.
What it sounds likeBook direct: breakfast included and a late checkout.
Gate: No undercutting of contracted rates
06
Return guests
Consented emails and WhatsApp to past guests for anniversaries, seasons and repeat stays.
What it sounds likeIt’s been a year. Your room is waiting.
Gate: Repeat direct bookings

Google Search + remarketing to your booking engine
Prices exclude GST. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google. Shoots, creators, travel, software and third-party tools are extra. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; projects start after the one-time setup. We commit to the system, reporting and optimisation cadence, never to a guaranteed outcome.

Tell us four things. A strategist (not a bot) sends you the right package, your total monthly cost and the first three things we’d fix, on WhatsApp.
“We’d rather tell you not to spend than take a retainer we can’t justify. Every number in your report is one your own system can confirm.”

Questions
Straight answers before you call.
Can you guarantee occupancy?
No. Occupancy depends on your location, season, product, price and reviews. We commit to growing direct bookings through a measured system and report net stayed room-nights honestly.
Will this hurt our OTA relationships?
No. We never undercut contracted rates. Direct-booking perks are value-based (breakfast, late checkout, upgrades) so you stay within parity terms.
We get most bookings from OTAs. Why change?
You don’t have to stop. The goal is to shift guests who already know you, especially those searching your hotel’s name, to book direct and save the commission.
Do we need our own booking engine?
Yes, a working booking engine on your site is needed to take direct bookings. If tracking is missing we set it up in the first month.
Do you handle hotel groups?
Yes. Multi-Outlet Revenue Partner gives property-level budgets and reporting across locations.
What does it cost in total?
Agency fee (the package floor or the % of ad spend, whichever is higher), plus a one-time setup fee, plus your ad spend paid directly to Google and Meta, plus GST on our fee. The calculator above shows your number.
