Restaurants · Cafés · QSR · Cloud kitchens

Fuller tables.
Repeat guests.
Healthy margins.

Local ads, Google Maps visibility, margin-safe offers and booking journeys for restaurants, cafés, QSRs and cloud kitchens, judged by what your POS confirms: covers that arrived, bills that were paid and guests who came back.

  • Measured on POS data, not likes
  • Margin-safe offers only
  • No fake reviews, ever

Who this is built for

01Fine dine & casual dining

Table bookings, weekday gaps, group occasions and a bigger average bill.

02Cafés & dessert bars

After-work and weekend demand, regulars, and local discovery on Maps.

03QSR & cloud kitchens

Direct orders and repeat purchase without handing all your margin to aggregators.

04Multi-outlet brands

One revenue engine with outlet-level budgets, reporting and decisions.

Sound familiar?

Busy on Instagram. Empty on Tuesday.

Most restaurant marketing is judged on likes. Your P&L is judged on covers, bill value and repeat visits. Those are different games.

01

The weekday hole

Weekend rushes hide slow lunches, quiet Tuesdays and empty off-peak hours, and that’s where profit leaks.

02

Discounts that eat the margin

Blanket offers fill seats with guests you lose money on. Busy and unprofitable is still unprofitable.

03

Rented customers

Aggregators own the guest relationship and charge commission on every repeat order, even from your regulars.

04

Nobody can prove a visit

Reach, saves and direction taps get reported as success. Nobody checks whether anyone sat down and paid.

The metric swap

We change what counts as a win.

Every report we send separates platform signals from outcomes your own system confirms. If we can’t verify it, it doesn’t go in the business report.

How we run it

The operating system, step by step.

Each stage has a gate. We don’t move budget to the next stage until the one before it is measured and working.

01

Revenue baseline

We collect 4–8 weeks of POS data by daypart: covers, orders, average ticket, cancellations and your highest-margin dishes.

What it sounds likeYour quietest daypart is where we start, not your busiest.
Gate: No baseline → 2-week measurement setup first
02

Catchment & occasions

We map who is actually near you: office lunches, families, weekend celebrations, tourists, and the radius that’s worth paying for.

What it sounds likeDinner plans near you? Reserve tonight and see the menu first.
Gate: Stop paying for people too far away to visit
03

Margin-safe offer

Signature combos, weekday experiences, pre-booked tastings and group occasions, built only where contribution stays positive.

What it sounds likeMake your Tuesday dinner worth stepping out for. Book a table.
Gate: Bill contribution after discount and ad cost
04

Creative test loop

Real dishes, chef moments, guest experiences (with permission), parking, timings and location, tested weekly.

What it sounds likeA 15-second look at tonight’s chef special. Seats available.
Gate: Judged on bookings per creative, not CTR
05

Booking & walk-in proof

Reservation IDs, campaign codes or a source question tied to the actual bill. Cancellations and no-shows are tracked.

What it sounds likeShow this code when you visit; we’ll confirm your booking.
Gate: Only redeemed codes or attended bookings count
06

Second visit & bigger bill

Consented guest reactivation, add-on pairings, quiet-day perks and seasonal occasions.

What it sounds likeLoved your first visit? Here’s what’s new this weekend.
Gate: Second visits and net margin per cohort

Prices exclude GST. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google. Shoots, creators, travel, software and third-party tools are extra. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; projects start after the one-time setup. We commit to the system, reporting and optimisation cadence, never to a guaranteed outcome.

Ground rules

What we need from you before launch

These rules protect your brand, your ad accounts and your customers. We would rather lose a deal than run a campaign that breaks them.

Before launch

What we verify

  • FSSAI / venue licences as applicable
  • True menu prices and current opening hours
  • Rights to food, venue and guest photos
  • 4–8 weeks of POS data by daypart
  • A booking owner and 48-hour creative approval
  • Guest-data consent for reactivation
Non-negotiable

What we will never do

  • Guarantee walk-ins or a number of covers
  • Buy, fake or incentivise reviews or ratings
  • Claim “best in town” without proof
  • Run discounts that destroy contribution
  • Count WhatsApp clicks as guests or sales
  • Spam your guest list without consent
First 90 days

Measure, fix, then scale.

Every engagement starts with a 3-month commitment, enough time to set up measurement, run real tests and move budget on evidence.

Days 1–30

Set up the POS baseline, booking and offer-code tracking, Maps clean-up, first offer and creative tests.

Days 31–60

Cut wasted radius and dayparts, keep offers that protect margin, fix booking and no-show friction.

Days 61–90

Scale the dayparts and occasions that bring profitable covers; switch on consented repeat-guest journeys.

Questions

Straight answers before you call.

Can you guarantee footfall or a number of covers?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Visits depend on location, food, service, capacity, weather and price. We commit to the operating system: tracking, weekly creative and offer tests, and honest reporting of verified covers.

How do you prove that ads brought people in?

We use reservation IDs, unique campaign offer codes redeemed at the POS, booking-engine source data and, where needed, a “how did you hear about us” prompt. Direction taps and reach are reported as signals, never as visits.

We get plenty of Zomato / Swiggy orders. Why go direct?

Aggregators own the customer and take commission on every repeat order. We keep the channels that work and build direct ordering, direct reservations and a consented guest list you own.

Do you shoot food and venue content?

Packages include creative production from supplied and phone-shot assets. Professional shoots, creators and travel are quoted separately so you only pay for production when it will move bookings.

What does it cost in total?

Agency fee (the package floor or the % of ad spend, whichever is higher), plus a one-time setup fee, plus your ad spend paid directly to Meta and Google, plus GST on our fee. The calculator above shows your number.

Does this work for a single café?

Yes. Local Visibility Starter is built for one outlet: Google Maps and local Meta ads around your location, hyperlocal offers and POS-code tracking, from ₹35,000/month plus at least ₹25,000/month in ad spend.
